In the fiscal year 2023-24, the USA remained Pakistan’s top export destination, with shipments totaling $5.43 billion, although this was an 8.4% decrease from the previous year’s $5.93 billion. Despite this decline, the USA continues to be the main market for Pakistani exports.

China was the second-largest market, with exports amounting to $2.71 billion, a significant 33.6% increase from the previous year, reflecting a growing trade relationship.

The United Kingdom was the third-largest destination for Pakistani exports, with shipments worth $2.01 billion, showing a modest 2.2% increase from the previous year’s $1.97 billion.

The United Arab Emirates, especially Dubai, ranked fourth, with exports totaling $1.71 billion, representing a notable 28.8% growth.

These figures highlight the USA as the leading market, while the significant growth in exports to China and the UAE shows the expanding reach of Pakistani products. The steady increase in exports to the UK also indicates a strong presence in traditional markets, pointing to potential growth and diversification in Pakistan’s export sector.
