Starting June 2024, the UAE has updated its visa fees for Pakistani travelers to streamline the entry process for tourists and visitors.
For a 30-day tourist visa, the fee is AED 200, while the 60-day visa costs AED 300, plus a 5% value-added tax (VAT).
Additional Charges
Applicants already in the UAE seeking visa extensions or new visas will incur extra fees, including Knowledge and Innovation Dirham fees of AED 20 and an in-country processing fee of AED 500.
Application Process
To apply, applicants must submit a personal photo, passport copy, and for certain nationalities, a national identity card. They also need valid UAE medical insurance and proof of onward or return travel. Applications can be completed online via the GDRFA website or mobile app.
The UAE aims to enhance its tourism sector by simplifying visa processes and ensuring transparency in fee structures, maintaining its appeal as a leading destination in the Gulf region.
