Sindh Police Launches Online Platform for Driving License Issuance

In a significant stride towards digitalization, the Sindh Police has introduced an online platform for the issuance of driving licenses. This initiative, spearheaded by the Deputy Inspector General of the Driving License Branch, is geared towards simplifying the process of acquiring and renewing driving licenses for Sindh residents.

Starting from next week, citizens will have the convenience of applying for new learner licenses, renewing existing ones, and obtaining international driving permits through this online service. The platform offers comprehensive information regarding the application process, applicable fees, and designated banks for fee payments.

Applicants will need to furnish medical fitness certificates and B-forms for both license renewals and new licenses. These certificates must be obtained from authorized hospitals to ensure the authenticity of the medical evaluations.

Furthermore, there are deliberations underway to facilitate overseas Pakistanis in submitting their medical fitness certificates and B-forms for international driving license renewals. This measure aims to assist expatriates in maintaining their driving credentials while residing abroad.

The fee structure for the online driving license service is as follows:
