Sindh Expands International Driving License Service to 11 Branches
The Sindh government has announced the expansion of its international driving license issuance service to all 11 driving license branches across the province. Previously, this service was limited to the Clifton branch in Karachi.
Residents of Sindh holding valid driving licenses can now apply online for an international driving license without the need to visit a branch.
According to DIG Training and Licensing Iqbal Dara, the service began on September 14, initially at six branches in Karachi and later extending to branches in Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, and Larkana.
As of now, the Clifton branch has issued 693 international driving licenses, with additional branches like Korangi, Malir, and Nazimabad also processing applications.
For those opting for the online application, the licenses are delivered through the TCS courier service, streamlining the process for applicants.
