Seven Killed as Bus Falls into Gorge in Quetta
QUETTA (Dunya News) – A tragic accident occurred near Burori when a wedding bus plunged into a deep gorge after one of its tires burst, resulting in the deaths of seven people, including women and children.
Twenty additional individuals were injured in the incident and were promptly transported to Bolan Medical for treatment.
Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti expressed his sorrow over the loss of life and has ordered an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
This incident follows another tragedy in August when three people lost their lives and four others were injured after a van fell into a ditch in Abbottabad, attributed to a sudden brake failure.
Rescue teams swiftly arrived at the scene to recover the deceased and assist the injured, transporting them to the nearest hospital for medical care.
