“Pakistan's DHA Steals the Spotlight at Dubai Property Expo, Drawing Global Investors!”

During the three-day International Property Expo, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, a notable interest and support were observed towards the projects presented by the Defense Housing Authority (DHA). Several international investors exhibited keen interest in Pakistan’s foremost real estate developer, DHA, during the International Property Show (IPS) 2024.

The event, spanning from February 27 to 29, provided a platform for showcasing real estate opportunities, with the Pakistan Pavilion presented by DHA offering a distinctive opportunity for international investors to delve into Pakistan’s varied and profitable real estate offerings.

Actor Kiran Malik, who attended the event, conveyed in a video shared on DHA’s Facebook page that the response to DHA’s projects has been highly favorable, with significant interest and support from attendees. Malik remarked, “This is a very positive development for Pakistanis given the multitude of challenges we face. It’s truly heartening to witness.”

Furthermore, Malik highlighted that several memorandums of understanding were signed during the three-day event, indicating a strong commitment from potential investors. He noted that DHA officials expressed confidence in attracting investments, as conveyed to him during their interactions.

In terms of market projections, Pakistan’s real estate sector is anticipated to reach a valuation of $2.11 trillion by 2024, with housing constituting $1.49 trillion of this figure. With an estimated annual growth rate of 7%, the market is poised to expand further, reaching a staggering $2.77 trillion by the year 2028.
