Pakistani jeweler Aqeel Chaudhry attended the “CIIE in Guangxi” event in Nanning, China, on July 4, aiming to expand his business in the Chinese market and explore new opportunities in the ASEAN region.
The event featured 110 international companies and investment agencies, including 73 Fortune 500 firms. Chaudhry emphasized Guangxi’s role as a key gateway to ASEAN, which he sees as an important link for expanding Pakistani jewelry’s reach.
Chaudhry said, “Guangxi is not just a gateway but a bridge for accessing both B2B and B2C markets. This event helps us connect with new opportunities and strengthen our presence in the region.”
The Guangxi event is a lead-up to the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, where Chaudhry will showcase his jewelry from November 5 to 10, 2024, marking his seventh consecutive year of participation.
Chaudhry plans to use the CIIE to showcase innovative products and connect with international buyers and investors. He hopes to establish his brand as a leader in the global jewelry market through these opportunities.
