Abdul Aleem Khan, Minister for Privatization and Board of Investment, disclosed that Pakistan and China have inked thirty-two memorandums of understanding (MoUs) during the Pakistan-China Business Forum held in Shenzhen.

The Minister assured Chinese firms of full support in conducting business within Pakistan, highlighting the private sector’s liberty to invest across multiple sectors including energy, infrastructure development, agriculture, engineering construction, and logistics.

Underlining Pakistan’s vast potential and rich natural resources, the Minister stressed that substantial business ventures would propel economic expansion and foster employment opportunities.

Aleem Khan further revealed engagements with key Chinese business entities, facilitating bilateral discussions on proposals and solidifying plans to bolster collaboration between the two nations.

The forum witnessed participation from 500 Chinese companies and 100 Pakistani firms, signaling robust engagement between the two economies.
