New Airlines Poised to Take Off in Pakistan

Exciting news for travelers: several new airlines are preparing to start operations across Pakistan, according to a recent report by a private news channel citing sources from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

Local carriers such as Jet Green, Q Airways, and Go Green Air are in the process of securing the necessary licenses and permits to begin their services. Additionally, Air Indus is seeking approval to resume flights, while Q Aviation and Liberty Air have also applied for licenses to launch their operations.

The CAA has welcomed this surge of new airline applications, viewing it as a positive development for the country’s economy. The arrival of these new airlines is expected to offer travelers a broader range of choices, enhance foreign exchange earnings in the aviation sector, and create new job opportunities.

Currently, Pakistan’s aviation market is served by three private airlines—Airblue, SereneAir, and AirSial. The introduction of new players is likely to enhance service quality and foster more competitive pricing for passengers.
