Following closely is the Ministry of Defence, carrying outstanding dues of Rs. 5.29 billion.
Numerous departments under the Capital Development Authority (CDA) are prominently featured, with the CDA itself responsible for Rs. 4.6 billion, the Pak Secretariat with Rs. 1.6 billion, the Cabinet Secretariat owing Rs. 116 million, and the Chairman Senate’s office with Rs. 68 million in arrears.
