JS Bank’s Digital Onboarding team is leading the charge in transforming Pakistan’s banking scene, and they’re on the lookout for someone like you to join their dynamic team and help drive their expansion. In this role, you’ll play a key part in crafting strategies and rules to make branchless banking and wallet operations run smoothly. This means overseeing electronic banking services, managing a team in charge of signing up new customers, handling transactions, and providing support.

You’ll focus heavily on following rules and regulations to make sure everything stays above board while also working with other teams to make sure customers have the best experience possible and to push forward digital improvements. You’ll also be responsible for checking that systems are safe from risks through regular checks and tests.

Your role will also involve testing out new projects before they go live, making sure everything works as it should and giving the green light for launch.

For this job, they’re looking for someone with 8-10 years of experience, ideally with 5 of those in senior banking roles. A degree is a must, and having an MBA would be even better. It’s all about bringing together practical know-how and academic smarts to make a real impact.
