Farrukh H Khan has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX), the exchange announced on Friday.
The notice said that Khan resigned to pursue other opportunities. The Board will hold an emergency meeting on Friday, July 5, 2024, to discuss his resignation and will make a further announcement later.
Khan has been the CEO of PSX since 2020. He has also served as President of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI), Chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization (Pakistan Chapter), and on the boards of various public and private organizations. He was also a founding partner and CEO of BMA Capital Management Limited.
