Hexing Electrical Group, a Chinese investment firm, is poised to establish Pakistan’s inaugural factory for manufacturing inverters and batteries. This planned investment is anticipated to significantly bolster Pakistan’s burgeoning electronics sector by fostering technological advancements and creating new employment opportunities.
In a recent meeting, Hexing Electrical Group’s Chairman, Liangzhang Zhou, discussed the investment with Pakistan’s Federal Minister Abdul Aleem Khan. Chairman Zhou emphasized the company’s robust global presence and their commitment to setting up the factory in Pakistan. Minister Khan enthusiastically supported the initiative, affirming that Pakistan is well-positioned to offer a conducive environment for foreign investors.
The investment is expected to yield numerous benefits for Pakistan, including job creation, an increase in exports, and overall economic growth. Minister Khan assured Chairman Zhou that all relevant ministries and stakeholders would provide full support to facilitate the establishment of the new plant, and efforts would be made to streamline the transfer of industries from China to Pakistan. This collaboration could represent a pivotal advancement in strengthening Pakistan’s economy and electronics industry.
