A PIA flight attendant has gone missing in Canada, making it the 14th such incident involving the airline’s flights to Toronto.
Noor Sher, a crew member on flight PK 781 to Toronto, did not return as scheduled, adding to the list of missing staff members.
Reports suggest that these employees might be seeking asylum in Canada. A female flight attendant who was previously detained in Toronto had been put on duty despite warnings.
Investigations are underway by separate committees from the aviation ministry and PIA, with possible disciplinary actions and terminations being considered. Updates on Hina Sani, another missing flight attendant, are also awaited as the investigation continues.
